All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please consider that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Standard and Ground orders received by 10AM EST (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day. Express 2nd Day and Express Next Day need to be received by noon EST to be processed the same day.

Standard shipping service
Orders submitted with the Standard shipping service will be delivered by FedEx and USPS. FedEx will deliver the package to your local post office while the postal carrier will make the final delivery to you.
Certain items are considered hazardous materials and therefor are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Orders containing hazmat items will ship only with Standard and Ground methods.
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email. And once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain all the order details, including a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier website. Tracking orders is also possible on REGENERAGE® Online website. Once you have a registered profile, sign in to the website, visit the Orders section within the MyAccount area.
REGENERAGE® at this time cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Orders on www.regeneragebeauty.com will ship internationally.
Parcel’s merchandising check
Immediately after receiving the REGENERAGE® parcel, you are required to carefully check that:
- the tamper-proof label is intact and the packaging is not damaged or tampered with;
- the number of delivered products in the parcel and the number of products detailed in the shipping documents, are the same.
In case of any damage to the tamper-proof label, packaging or products, or if the number of packages/items was not as expected, you shall notify the issue to the shipping partner.
You shall also contact REGENERAGE® Customer Service to give full details of this experience.
Changes to the Address and Missing Info in the Address
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to the address for standard shipping because the shipment is passed to USPS from FedEx. Unfortunately once the order has been placed it is not possible to change the delivery address.
FedEx hand off shipment to U.S. Mail and US Mail delivers package to mail box and/or same location as US Mail is delivered.
Ground service has a redelivery feature: you can select option of second redelivery, drop off without signature or come to a FedEx office for pickup.
2Day and Next Day
FedEx will come back three consecutive days to redeliver package and after the third redelivery they will reassign package to local FedEx Shipping location where you need to go to pick up the package.
